In the following steps, you will be able to submit your application for a contributed talk and/or a poster to be presented during our poster sessions.
All proposals will be reviewed, and you will be informed via email whether your submission has been accepted. Please note that the review process may take some time; therefore, we kindly ask you to refrain from inquiring about your submission status.
Please note:
The abstract submission does not include conference registration. Even if your abstract is accepted, you will still need to purchase a regular conference ticket through our registration portal.

In the next steps of the submission process, you will be asked to provide the following details.
Please have this information prepared:
- Title of the presentation in English (max. 100 characters, including spaces)
- Name and information of the presenter
- Short summary (abstract, max. 1,500 characters)
- Presentation type: Poster and/or Talk
